Surging to 202 mph and reaching 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds, DB12’s re-engineered all-aluminium 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 features modified cam profiles, an optimised compression ratio, larger turbochargers and increased cooling. Seamless yet relentless, it elevates grand touring into the realm of superpowered performance.
Master Every Road
DB12 offers five intuitive drive modes: GT, Sport, Sport+, Wet and Individual. Each blends next-generation Electronic Stability Control with an Electronic Rear Differential to optimise cornering and handling in any condition. Torque is distributed intelligently for sharper control and greater confidence, delivering exceptional agility and traction that bring the DB12 alive on every road.
Balanced for Precision
With a near-perfect 49:51 weight distribution, the Vantage Roadster is meticulously engineered with a front mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. Unique in its class, over three-quarters of its mass is evenly balanced between the axles, giving it the perfect equilibrium to push the limits of performance.
Precision in Motion
Built for power, the automatic ZF 8-speed transmission pairs with an electronic rear differential to channel torque precisely across each wheel. Shorter gear changes enhance acceleration, especially through the mid-range, allowing the world’s first super tourer to reach supercar speeds with seamless control.
Unmatched Braking Control
For the first time on Aston Martin’s core GT models, carbon ceramic brakes are available, measuring 400mm at the front and 360mm at the rear. Grooved and drilled to resist fade under high speeds, they reduce unsprung mass by 27kg, sharpening feedback underfoot and enhancing control in your hands.

Engineered to Breathe
Frontal apertures have increased by 56 percent, paired with a grille that is 54 percent larger. This allows more cold air to reach the radiators and centrally mounted bonnet vents, ensuring the powerful twin-turbo V8 stays cool to deliver peak performance.
A Broader Vision
Progressive styling meets a wider, more muscular stance, with broader haunches that add purpose and confidence. Track widths increase by 6mm at the front and 22mm at the rear, while composite panels enhance stability and presence. The result is a DB12 with even greater command of the road.
Driving Progress
The DB12 features new 21-inch forged alloy wheels and debuts the Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tyre, developed for precise steering and exceptional grip in all conditions. Noise-cancelling inserts reduce tyre noise by 20 percent, enhancing comfort and refinement on every drive.

A cabin bathed in sunlight. DB12’s panoramic roof is laminated, strengthened and tinted, allowing just 6 percent of sunlight to filter through, brightening the interior while keeping heat at bay.
